What's
Readiness?
Coping with life events, changes in your body,
we can be flexible and positive if we are with our own Readiness-lively movement in our body.
The way to respond should be a conscious choice rather than a preconceived choice.
That make you more happier and healthier.
Let's ready to move freely into your new possibilities.

FACIAL WORK
Since the facial muscles I work as "muscles on the front side of the head", they can greatly affect the relationship between the head and neck in the Alexander Technique.
This facial work would be useful and powerful tools for many people who are interested in the strain of their eyes, clenching their teeth, and speaking.
In addition, because facial expressions play an important role in communication, it's worth trying! -
WALK/
MOVEMENTMovement exercise lessons based on walking. From a habitual way of walking to a way of walking in which the whole body works in concert. It will be the base of a comfortable and lively way of being.

SENSES
Lessons that vividly awaken our innate senses change our perception of information.
Go beyond your assumptions and meet yourself and the world newer.

Alexander Technique
F. M. Alexander (1869-1955)'s discovery activated our primary regulating control and enabled us to maximize our potential as Self.
The Alexander Technique creates space between stimulus, thoughts and reactions that translate into physical tension.
The space will make you temporarily inhibit the automatic and habitual ways of being and open up more free possibilities.
And create the opportunity to re-select for yourself consciously what you want to do.
Alexander Technique would be a daily lesson and a life lesson.

A trip into my body
Each lesson is a trip into my body. I encounter my shoulders, arms, fingers, hips, legs, feet, neck, ears, eyes. Each encounter is a discovery. So much to learn about how my body - how I - function. At first, I forget most of it. Then, slowly I begin to remember: Subtle changes in my body. Subtle changes in my mind. Step by step. Wonderful.

Her Facial work is original
I love Midori! A generous, beautiful, gifted teacher! Such grace. I was very honored to teach her students, and to have learned from her too. Her facial work is original too.

She is a master of the face and the movement of normal life
She is a great teacher. Every time she came to Korea,,,, she shared wonderful times with us. She has a brilliant insight in teaching. She is a master of muscle anatomy, especially the face and the movement of normal life. If you want to use your body and mind efficiently, know how to lift up your face without surgery, and make movement without pain, you have to contact her.

Midori's hands are some of the best in the world!
I have had the pleasure and honor of being a student, a colleague, and a friend of Midori Shinkai for nearly 30 years. I have been hosting Midori as an international teacher in my training programs throughout the USA and Europe. Her teaching is clear, direct, and imaginative. She is profoundly ‘student-centered’, using her skill as a pedagogue to meet each individual student wherever they are, and provide exactly what they need to make their next discovery.
Among my favorite of Midori’s offerings, are her unique work with facials (like a manual face-lift); her ways of helping people of all ages and abilities with everyday movements, including walking, sitting, standing; and her work in helping people develop and deepen their sensory awareness, which has such a huge and direct impact on the quality of one’s life. I have also enjoyed and admired Midori’s ability to work with the whole person - not with some perceived issue or problem. She sees a person in their entirety, offering insights that allow a person to not only gain more skill and understanding around their questions, but also to see how it affects their life.
I would enthusiastically recommend getting in Midori’s hands - they are some of the best in the world!(Robyn Avalon, the Director of the Contemporary Alexander School/Alexander Alliance USA, and Co-Director of the Alexander Alliance EU)
